The world has changed with more women in the work force, with more women in positions in power.  However too many women are working in a mans system, doing their work in a mans way. There is nothing wrong with the way men do what they do, for men.  Women carry out tasks from a different perception and often with a different intention (inner tension).  Women carry out tasks with a different rhythm than our male partners. Women create differently than men.

Simply there is a difference and women are empowering themselves to define and direct their lives to live from their own intentions powered by their own passions.
