There are many myths that we grow up with and carry into our life as adults. Our initial 20 years of our lives we are literally human sponges absorbing the environment that we live through from our parents, school, media, grandparents. At some time soon after those 20 years, we spend the following 20 experimenting with what we absorbed. The next 30 and 40 years our experimentations accumulates creating our own believes, attitudes that are often a blurr of how we became like we became. Not to mention that many people ask which is:

“how did I get to where I am now.”?

The next years, if we are lucky enough to get them, we might start reflecting on what our believes and actions were, often making more conscious decisions as to how we choose our life to be from what was true for us. Some of us allow ourselves to be in transition more than 10 times in our life to discover ourselves. Some of us do not give time to self-transition. Some of us have too much invested in what we have created and fear what might happen in this short life if we dared to dream to experiment as we did in our formative years.

What I have discovered with my own experimentation and being my own guinea pig of life is if we were taught to recognize the pictures in our mind, rather than to remember data we would have a life of confident experimentation that leads to co-operation.

Women, I believe, who have had taken the opportunities to experiment with themselves, their children and others naturally use pictures in their mind to guide their intuition and visa versa. These women are innovators and create their visions very different to what the MBA’s tell us how visions are created.

It is worth every second you spend developing your ideas for the world to be a better place.

How can we share what we know if we don’t have a voice, have not spent time experimenting with ourselves. We could share with someone elses voice and we could repeat what we have heard and seen. Often this is the way so called gurus are built. Spend the time creating your formal personal foundation, not mine or your parents or your husbands. The initial segment of our lives are often, with a couple of special exceptions, are well ordered on a guided path: Elementary school. Confident women who take an interest in their local groups and nations. Strong women who add to their countries’ development and flourishing. Merciful women who, as mothers or guardians or pioneers, support and guide the next generation with business ideas for women know something and are guided by their vision in a certain way. This way is not given enough credit to the result that it creates.

My opportunities were tiny while I was on that guided path of “this is what is expected of me” and now I am shaping the business ideas for women globally. Our conversation subjects were logistics and people. Now my conversations are solving problems and creating solutions. Our world has changed in many ways and in many ways it is the same.

I had no clue especially in my first business and even in my second business what I was really doing or where I was really going and why I was doing what I was doing.

The old saying is true “if only I knew what I know now my life would be different”. My reply to that is, it would only be different if you took what you know now and did something with it and most of us do not.

Many people live in groundhog day because they live life from remembering data often from fear rather than being guided by pictures in their mind from co-operating with themselves.

Women are the real architects of our society

Women innately know they can have everything yet suppress their needs to enable themselves to take steps to get what they want and need.

Catch your ideas rather than let them let them rattle between your ears.

2. Define your ideas to define yourself and believe this is a life process.

3. Take time to decide what ideas you will formulate to change not only your life but many.

4. Develop those decisions based on what is important to you.

5. Experiment like a teenager with life.

6. Direct yourself from what you have experienced rather than from data you have collected.
