Women Empowerment is not about the old Germaine Greer thought of the 70’s with burn the bra thought. We have evolved to co-operation to develop more confident female leaders energetic about leading organizations, businesses, schools, and offices domestic and globally.
Bill and Melinda’s Gates pledge more than $170 million in women empowerment and Melinda Gates write’s when money flows into the hands of women who have authority to use it, everything changes. They break down women empowerment with the notion of vision is the key to gender equality. When women have purpose, passion, and vision, communities begin to rethink the role of women in society.
Read one of my previous posts: You need many passions to mould your purpose to create your Visions. Yes you need two visions to have your voice heard and you need passions to drive your purpose.
That last sentence has many words in it. These words have lost their meaning. Our visions are as easy as drawing in water. Often the words passion, purpose, vision are used without clarity. Women no wonder you often feel like you are brushing your hair with a broom when you use tools and so called guru instructions to design your business and balance your work and home life to create true independence for yourself and your family.

Not everyone is cut out to operate their own business. I wrote a post as to the reasons why people don’t start their own businesses. I do believe every women has the ability to be independent and create their own ideas to their own self fulfilled reality. The pathway is not only a business.
CREATE YOUR PURPOSE:
- Know what your values are and live them every day.
- Know what you need and ask for those emotional needs every day.
- Know what your intention is for every task that you carry out.
- Spend time with yourself every day to develop your self trust, clarity and intuition.
- Surround yourself with people who can and will support you.
- Experiment and develop your own passions. These passions lead to your Purpose.
Passion and Purpose is very different!
You have many passions ranging from hobbies, to spending time with your kids and family, to travelling, to stimulating conversations, to researching, to writing, to personal development the list can go on forever.
Passions are the underlying actions we take when you are living on Purpose.
Giving to the world what you are here to give, is living on Purpose.
We are in integrity with ourselves when we do what we love to do and love what we do.
Tell us what you are doing and why when you deliver your product/ service that you feel on purpose.
