In their recent videos on the Global Women’s Voice- Stop Distractions in the Chaos, these women paid special attention to having a sense of routine balancing all the elements of one’s life. On this, Hema Vyas (Heart-Baesed Leadership, Psychologist) briefed the necessity of treating meditation as an important part of the routine. There are so many ways to practice mediation and switch off the distractions and regain the concentration to lead your daily routine tasks with utmost dedication. While explaining the eminence of meditation, she quoted “Lose our center, lose our day,” which defines the importance of gaining concentration power.

Continuing the same concept, Hamsa Saeed (Self-Growth Coach) illustrated her own definition of medication and shared that she sees meditation as a screen on the body which removes the negative thoughts and strengthens the positive ones effectively.

Adding more to everyone’s knowledge, Clara talked about the role of including essential oils to soothe the mind and create an ambience of relaxation.

Moving forward to the Lockdown Craving video, Dr Ajaynta Chanana (Doctor of Ayerveda from India) began the discussion and shared how yoga and home-made recipes can create a huge difference. She shed light on what we eat and what not to eat in combinations, why diet is an essential part of your life, and much more. To this, Clara Jane shared her personal experience of fighting several health issues using natural medicine.
This video also illustrated the major impact of diet and exercises in one’s life.
