Di Downie and Christian Semlitsch shared their views on Christians Process ‘The Emo Code’ on the Global Couch. During this, they exchanged words on how women prove to be better speakers, influencers, and an overall impactful personality. Having said that, their intention was not to raise gender discrimination but illustrate their point of view on the potential of women in different sectors.
To further illustrate this concept, Christian Semlitsch discussed how he has observed women adopting the right passage to execute their plans. For all such aspects, having a strong emotional connection and stability is important as it builds the base for the thought process and simplifies the execution process to a huge extent.

Christian also speaks about his personal experience of collaborating with women and witnessing how they defeat challenges and rise as a strong individual dealing with the different obstacles in their lives. Having said that, he meant the hurdles of personal and professional lives. Continuing with the concept, he illustrated how emo code becomes the vital aspect of evaluating one’s personality. The emotional code not just carve a person’s personality, but somewhere bestows them with the potential to uplift their spirit and defeat what has been keeping the individual restricted so far.
He explains how he has been associating with people through his venture named Seeker2Speaker where he ensures to give everyone the liberty to talk about what has been bothering them, how an individual finds it difficult to grow, and other obstacles.
