We have many challenges to stay ahead of the curve in business. To be able to travel with ease is a skill and one that I have been working on for several years now. Travelling is the master key to unlock the doors of limitless business prospects & opportunities.

Agree or not, when a woman hits the road all by herself or even with a group of women, there are always anxieties of the unexpected challenges. In this post I have compiled a list of five timeless travel tips for female Entrepreneurs to follow, so scroll down and a have a look-

5 tips for travelling for Women Entrepreneurs

1. Packing & Dressing

Buy a good quality suitcase with wheels to avoid lifting or struggling.
When packing, pack similar items into one bag and have a special spot for that bag in your suitcase. For example my bag that holds my stockings is always in the bottom left hand corner of my suitcase.
I always roll my clothes to help with my space as I want to take clothes to give me choices of mixing and matching outfits.

2. Time Management

Some people would say Schedule your entire trip well before boarding the plane, otherwise, your travel freakiness will take your mind away from the core objective of your business trip.
I say plan the trip as detailed as possible and I have learnt travelling to some countries it is impossible to lock down details until the last minute. I have learnt to be ok with not always knowing everything before I leave home.
Of course I print out all travel details and hotel bookings I also use the app by the name of Tripit.

3. Food & Drink

I take my supplements with me as well as a fermented green vegetable powder with me. We live in an era where there are such wonderful products on the market now for us to gain our nutrients through. I know that in many countries I won’t eat the salads due to the water quality I know I’m maintaining my health with my supplements.
Drink at least six to eight glasses of water to stay hydrated and make it bottled water. I carry my own bottle for the water as I know my bottle doesn’t leak.

A small selection of key essential oils are also a must for me when I travel.
Generally when I sit down to a meal I will choose soups, vegetables and if it is local, fish.

4. Technology

I carry my own router to not rely on hotel WIFI. I carry a power board for laptop, camera and phone charging. Of course I carry a multi-country power plug.
As I mention in the above video the Samsung non moving parts hardrives are a must for travel. The normal cheaper versions often break and are then unaccessible.

All my technology travels with me in a carry on.

5. Exercise

For me swimming and yoga are the two activities I aim to keep doing when I travel.

Meditation is a must for me, morning and night, to give myself space for clear thinking and intuition strength. Travelling can have amesmerizing effect on us with its new sights every day, every minute. I find to meditate I’m able to enjoy the country I’m in and be able to be focused on my objectives.
