  1. In a email that you should of received you were asked to purchase a large scrapbook, post it notes, small notebook.
  2. Your large scrapbook will be used to revise keypoints from the live module AND the assignments. It is best to hand write in this scrapbook to express your creativity in a different way from using the keys on your computer or ipad to record a summary.
  3. Use Mindmaps, coloured pens, (be creative) to summarise your learnings and takeaways while you are listening to the module and while you are completing the assignments. This is another way your mind will shift to creativity.
  4. Place your post-it notes in your glove box of your car, if you are a woman in your handbag, in the toilet, next to your bed, on the fridge, near your computer. Once you have placed a post-it note and a pen in these areas have three more post-it notes and pens ready for other areas for your lifestyle. You never know when ideas will come through from your spirit.
  5. Your notebook is for longer transcripts that you will need as you expand your idea and begin to share it clearly with your niche.  Break your notebook into 4 areas:  Marketing, Administration, Management and Operations. Use those cute tags or simple a piece of paper sticking out from the edge stuck on with a piece of sticky tape.
  6.  Do you already have a book that you have written in the past that may of been a journal?  You will need a book that you will to keep for years.  This book is where you will be writing your “IN-TENSIONS”  for the duration of your year.

Time is all we have apart from relationships

  1. Mark in your calendar the date and times of the Live Masterclass Modules. Keep an eye out at the beginning of every month for the months dates and times.
  2. You will receive email reminders as to the dates and times.
  3. The times will change through out the year with each module being 1 hour every week or fortnight.
  4. You will progress when you put in the focussed time to do the assignments, stay organized and connected.
  5. Every month to 6 weeks there will be live question and answer sessions. Write your questions in the Facebook group.
  6. There is no competition with anyone here. Go at your own pace.  At times go back to look at modules or assignments to revise and refresh your mind you are creating a system that you can re-create for any project.
  7. Schedule time to do your assignments. The time needed will vary after each Module. The trick is to stay focussed. Actually there are no tricks here, its reality!  Keep your learning time, working on and working in time balanced. We all love to learn! Implementing the assignments mostly can be seen as working on your project or business.  Working in your business or project is where the income is generated and is where the growth happens.

We will be using universal software:

  1. Some people will have Macs and some will have PC’s it should make no difference what you work on nowadays with common software. With a small amount of practise you can be accomplished with any system and any piece of software.
  2. It is important to know what your software can do and how long tasks should take giving you a choice to outsource or not.
  3. Check you have Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word. If you are a Mac user check you have the latest version of Keynote.

 Set up your computer

  1. Set up your computer to direct your mind to a business structure

  3. Make 4 folders within this folder :                                                                                                                                                         1.  Management         2. Administration           3. Marketing             4. Operations

Getting the most from this process.

Keep updating your lists of skills and attributes

We often have more skills and attributes than we think of. Keep adding to the list as you remember and see them operating in your personal and business life.  Often skills are seen in our personal life before we can use in our business environments

Ask other people

Other people can often see our natural qualities  better than what we can. Ask your friends, your partner, your family and your work mates. You may have attributes that with a little skill enhancement you can use for future ambitions. Asking other people what they see you do naturally is an on-going conversation that you can have to allow you to see your purpose.

What are the skills that you can transfer from one area to another area of interest? What are your natural attributes that you can use to grow to your full potential?

Lifelong learning

Keep your eyes and ears and senses out for other skills that may be of interest to you. Adopting a lifelong learning attitude will assist you in growing and evolving from your full passion.

Do what you love

Gather further understanding of what you love and what drives your personal loves.

We have all heard this before:

Do what you love!   If you’re not sure what as to what direction you want to pursue, ask yourself, “What are the skills that I love to do?” You may be able to transfer that skill and mould it into an industry that you would love to work in.

You are here for a reason

Are there attributes that you want to do more of? Doing what we do naturally is how we live our purpose. We can live our purpose selling ice cream, being a mum, sailing, whatever it is we do. When we go about selling ice creams or being a mum with our natural attributes, our life is easier and more in tune with who we are.
