You will be filling in the gaps for yourself in regard to filling in your life with

ROUTINES and RITUALS that will facilitate YOUR SELF DIRECTION.

There are four areas to FOCUS on:

Your body

 

Your Intellect

 

Your emotions

 

Your Spirit

 

It is proven that once us humans use our self discipline to create our personal “system” for taking the time for ourselves to grow in these four aspects our life transforms, because we are allowing ourselves to transform naturally.

 

 

Using the diagram write our 1 to 4 routines and or rituals you do.

 

 

MY EXAMPLE:

(I developed this process about 20 years ago.  It is often an eye opening exercise for us to see what we actually do for ourselves and don’t do for ourselves).  

 

I am revealing to you my own personal SYSTEM of ROUTINES and RITUALS that manifest themselves into my working life.

 

 

DAILY:

 

Rituals for my Body:  Yoga, Walk, Swim, Mostly eat raw food and keep food simple, Eat and drink Fermented food.

Routines for my body:  Acupressure points and tapping

 

Rituals for my Intellect:

Routines for my Intellect: Reading at night, Watch Ted Talks, Surround myself with like minded people  for stimulating conversations.

 

Rituals for my Emotions: Be aware of what my feelings are.  Remind myself to be aware to speak from who I am rather than  speak and the words that one of my parents or grandparents use/ed.

Routines for my  Emotions: Have unexpected melt downs that I need help with.  Get confused or anxious where I need to use further tools for my emotional health.

 

Rituals for my Spirit: Guided meditation morning and night

Routines for my Spirit:  Choose specific meditations for issues in my life at the time.

 

WEEKLY:

Rituals for my Body: Clean up my computer desk top and file my accounts.

Routines for my Body:  A long walk by myself

 

Rituals for my Intellect:  Assess my productivity for the week and plan for the next week

Routines for my Intellect:

 

Rituals for my Emotions: 

Routines for my Emotions:  Plan to avoid people if they are toxic to me and Im not able to protect myself.

 

Rituals for my Spirit: A hour or more meditation session

MONTHLY:

Rituals for my Intellect:  Plan my monthly content for my working life and social life.

6 Monthly:

 

Rituals for my Body: Ask myself if my daily rituals are working for me.  Medial ( Functional Medical) checkup with blood and urine tests.

Rituals for my Intellect:  Look at the next 6  months dates and times and birthday, events etc

Rituals for my Spirit:  Make a new specific meditation for myself

YEARLY:

Routines for my Body:  Some years I have added new movements to my Daily Yoga Rituals from workshops I have attended through out the year.

 

Rituals for my Intellect:    Set my intentions and theme for the year, evaluate my values and needs. Revise my goals and dreams and write out new ones

Routines for my Intellect: Read more Buckminster Fuller work in the summer long days.

 

Rituals for my Emotions:    Ask myself am I happy doing what Im doing. Do I run my life like my parents or my grandparents?

Routines for my Emotions:  Engage in emotional intelligence program /s.

 

Rituals for my Spirit: Have my numerology chart read.  Feng Shui our house and work place

Routines for my Spirit: Find another area of spirituality that I know nothing about and experiment with this modality.

 

 

 

 

DECADE:

 

Rituals for my Body: Celebrate my decade birthdays with what is important to me and with who is important to me.

Routines for my Body:

 

Rituals for my Intellect: Read my goals for the past 10 years.

Routines for my Intellect:

 

Rituals for my Emotions:  Go to someone to help me read my 7 year cycle to feel like I am growing and not in situations I have been in before in my life.

Routines for my Emotions:

 

Rituals for my Spirit:  Go to someone to help me read my 7 year cycle.
