Christmas in Perth

There’s that air of holidays and celebrations in Perth, and it’s certainly gaining that Christmas feel in Perth.

How is it for where you live?

Christmas in Perth!

Although its an extra busy time for us in our bricks and mortar business I love it that I make time to do some christmas cooking and preparing for the special time that we spend with our girls and families.

Our food is always simple yet beautiful and cold for our hot Aussie day.

Stained glass gluten free christmas cake is always a huge hit.

Our normal tradition is to walk to the beach, with the dogs, meet our beach friends, have a swim and of course a celebrative champagne then stroll home before its too hot.

We will do this on Boxing day this year, as we are having our xmas lunch with my family.  Looking forward to just hanging out with everyone!

Fresh Paw Paw Kefir.... it will be gone for Christmas Day and be replaced with some other kind of fresh fruit fermented.

Wishing you all a very Merry Xmas and a very fit, fun, and financially rewarding year in 2015.

We have had Robs Families Christmas already. Here was our Aussie Table for 16 of us!

  2. Di, must be lovely down under at this time of year. It was cold and windy here in Kansas. I am only visiting but already looking forward to saying, “We’re not in Kansas any more.” 😉

    1. Hi John,

Yes I imagine Kansas as windy. Perth is also said to be one of the windiest cities in the world. Beautiful though!

I trust you have a relaxing Christmas and Ill put some of my photos up in a blog with my beach and what it was like for Christmas for us. Thank you for the taking your time to visit my blog John.
